At Biosense , we are committed to shipping your orders quickly and efficiently. This shipping policy details the delivery times, costs, and procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. Origin and Manufacturing of our Products

Our products are manufactured in China , a deliberate choice to benefit from the latest technological advancements in cosmetics . Asian laboratories specialize in formulating innovative skincare products , particularly those using collagen and advanced biotechnology .

To ensure fast delivery , we have established a warehouse in France , allowing us to ship 90% of orders from there . However, some newer products may be shipped directly from our factories in China if they are not yet available in France.

We also use maritime cargo transport to ship our stocks in Europe, in order to reduce our carbon footprint and opt for a more environmentally friendly solution.


2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, with shipping details.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during purchase.

📍 Metropolitan France : 4 to 7 business days
📍 Europe (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, etc.) : 4 to 7 business days
📍 International : 6 to 10 business days

🚨 Note: These times are indicative and may vary due to exceptional circumstances (customs controls, weather conditions, periods of high activity, etc.).


4. Delivery Costs

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items ordered.

  • Free delivery in Metropolitan France for orders over €30 .

  • International shipping costs and any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number .

  • You can track the status of your delivery directly on our website or via the carrier's website .


6. Delivery Problems

If you encounter a problem with your delivery ( damaged package, delay, loss ), please contact us promptly at support@biosense-fr.com .

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📌 Important: For any damaged package, please provide photos of the package and products to expedite the processing of your request.


7. International Delivery

  • We ship to several countries, including Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium .

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • 📦 Taxes and customs duties : International customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country.


8. Incorrect Delivery Address

  • Double-check your delivery address before finalizing your order.

  • Biosense cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped , we will do our best to correct the address .


9. Returns of Goods

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part .
