We hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase from Biosense . However, if this is not the case, here are the return and refund conditions applicable to your order.
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must not have been used or opened (in the case of sealed products).
The product must be in its original condition , undamaged and in its original packaging.
The return must be made within 14 days of your cancellation request.
Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
To initiate a return:
Send us an email at support @ biosense-cosmetique.com with your order number.
Wait for approval and return instructions.
Return the product to the address provided (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is ours).
Please note: We do not accept returns without prior request.
Once the return has been received and inspected:
You will receive a confirmation email.
If the item is as described, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days .
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable (except in the case of defective products or order errors).
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@ biosense-cosmetique.com with supporting photos. We will offer you an exchange or a full refund.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened or used.
Products on sale (unless they are defective).
Gift cards or digital products.
